Reserving your stay
Steps to proceed your reserve:
1) Send e-mail to Juliana with:

- ● hotel
- ● check-in and check-out dates
2) After confirmation of your reserve, it is necessary:
- Credit card number, expiration date and card security code (no taxes); OR
- Deposit the first daily rate in:
- ○ HSBC Bank
- ○ Agency Number: 0252
- ○ Account Number: 13855-27
- ○ To: DC & Travel – CNPJ 03.835.361/0001-46
- Obs. send the deposit receipt by email or FAX (51.33399272)
3) After the payment, the hotel voucher will be send to you. Case you used the credit card option, their daily rates will be debit at check-in. Otherwise, their rest daily rates will be charged at check-in (deposit option).
4) Cancelations must be made 48 hours prior to check-in time.
5) Rates subjected to change or availability.
